We take precautions to ensure that safety is put first from your home to ours. During tune-ups of your heating system, we make sure all safety systems are working properly, such as the primary relay, fan limit control, aquastat, gas valve, and so forth; and by testing things such as relief valves and other components. We comply with all county and state safety codes when we install new equipment.
We perform a Gas Check™ on all new propane customers' equipment. This is the best way to ensure your system is safe and that you have the information necessary in case of emergencies. During a gas check you will become familiar with your propane system and how to operate it safely and efficiently. The serviceman will also pressure check your total propane system for leaks and weaknesses. Your tank(s), piping, regulator(s), gauges, connectors, valves, vents, thermostats, pilots, burners, and appliance controls will all be inspected. We will always alert you to any worn or damaged equipment that should be replaced, recommending improvements that could upgrade your system's performance.
